I met John Loveless in 2019 while looking for a home to purchase. We had lost our home July 26, 2018, in the Carrfire in Redding, CA. John was very professional, and very kind and understanding. He showed us several homes. There are six in our household which he always kept in mind. One evening he called me and told me I needed to see a house he had found that evening as a new listing. He set a time with me for the next day. I gathered my family and we met John to look at the house. It was a potentially a 5 bedroom house. The prior owners had a large room that had a full bath that they used as a media room, and another large room they had used as an office/exercise room. Additionally, there were two other large bedrooms with a large hallway bathroom, and a very large master bedroom with an "on suite', which included a bathtub with jets. This house fit all out needs. During the hunt for a home I felt like John had become a friend, and to this day, we still keep in touch. I would recommended John Loveless for assistance with finding the right home, and as a good friend. He's just a caring, kind, good guy, and would be there for anyone he was involved with.
